Meaghen Hoffus - Registered Massage Therapist, Manual Osteopathic Therapist Meaghen enjoys helping people recover from varying conditions, injuries and seeing them achieve their treatment goals. Helping clients reach a pain free state, maintaining overall well-being and educating people on creating lifestyle habits to maintain optimal health for years to come are Meaghen’s top priorities. Meg is a registered massage therapist specializing in deep tissue, cupping therapy, Pre/Post natal, induction/labour, sports, Swedish relaxation and hot stone massage. She uses a wide range of techniques to promote range of motion, circulation, and bringing balance to the body. She is passionate about her work and looks forward to thoroughly assessing clients’ needs to achieve their individual treatment goals. In 2008, she completed the 2200-hour massage program at the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy. Continuing education on new treatment options is also something Meaghen employs on an on going basis to ensure she is able to offer the best possible treatment solutions. In 2021, she graduated from the National Manual Osteopathy College, earning her diploma in Manual Osteopathy. The osteopathic approach of assessing the body as a whole instead of focusing on the injury site has led to profound results and proving the body truly works as a whole unit. When one area is suffering it can have lingering effects that affect other areas of the body. Meg looks forward to helping you achieve your health and wellness goals and getting you back to a pain free life!
