Meg is a registered massage therapist specializing in deep tissue, cupping therapy, gua sha, Pre/Post natal, induction/labour, sports, Swedish relaxation and hot stone massage. She uses a wide range of techniques to promote range of motion, circulation, pain management and an overall healthy well-being. She is passionate about her work and looks forward to thoroughly assessing clients’ needs to achieve their individual treatment goals.
In 2008, she completed the 2200-hour massage program at the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy. Continuing education on new treatment options is also something Meaghen employs on an on going basis to ensure she is able to offer the best possible treatment solutions.
